BK Series Sheaves (1-Groove Cast Iron Finished Bore Pulleys)
BK series single groove pulleys are manufactured for B-series v-belts, BX V-Belts, 5L Belts, and A-Series V-Belts. BK series single groove pulleys range in diameter from 2.40ā³ to 18.25ā³, but custom ones are also available upon request.
BK Series single groove sheaves accommodate A, B, 4L, 5L, AX, and BX V-belts. Ranging in outer diameter from 2.40″ to 18.75″, these single-groove bored-to-size pulleys feature precision-machined finished bores from 1/2″ to 1-7/16″. Custom dimensions and special bore configurations are available upon request.

Most of our ten-groove 10B QD bushed pulleys are manufactured from a high-strength grade 35 cast iron, are phosphate-coated, and are painted for anti-corrosion. The main benefit of using a QD (quick detachable) pulley is that if the bushing (hub) breaks, you donāt have to replace the whole assembly, or if just the pulley gets worn out, the same principle applies. The other significant benefit is that there is a broader range of bore options with QD pulleys than with the āfixed-boreā style.

Most of our 5C QD sheaves are manufactured from a high-strength grade 35 cast iron, are phosphate-coated, and are painted for anti-corrosion.
