Tyre Coupling Spacer Flanges (SM Series)
Typically, a spacer coupling is used to connect two shafts with fully supported ends. The spacer creates a clearance between the shaft ends that provides ease of installation and maintenance. Spacer couplings are made from alloy steel or stainless steel. These spacer type couplings are designed to accommodate angular, axial and parallel misalignments.

SM Series Tyre Coupling Spacer Flanges extend the Distance Between Shaft Ends (DBSE) when paired with standard flexible tyre couplings. Engineered for process pump drives (such as ANSI / ISO back-pull-out pumps), these spacer assemblies allow quick impeller maintenance and seal replacements without disturbing the electric motor or pipe alignments. Featuring Taper Lock Bushing fitment (Types 1008 through 3535), they easily accommodate a broad range of metric and inch shaft sizes.

- Spacer Tube Material: Precision-machined C45 Carbon Steel for high torsional rigidity.
- Flange Hub Material: High-tensile Cast Iron GG20 (FC200).
- Surface Treatment: Complete Phosphate Blackened finish for corrosion and wear resistance.
- Mounting System: Standard Taper Lock Bushing (SM12 to SM35) for quick, keyless installation and removal.
Engineering Selection Tip: When retrofitting back-pull-out pump systems, select the spacer length (DBSE 100mm, 140mm, 180mm, or 250mm) matching your pump spacer standard. This allows full servicing of mechanical seals without unclamping the motor base.

Q: What is your minimum order size?
A: it is usually 100 pieces, but a low quantity is acceptable under some special circumstances.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide samples free of charge, but we don't pay the freight.
Q: What is the lead time for mass production?
A: honestly, it depends on the number of orders. Normally, if you don't need the tools, deposit them after 30 days or so.

A: we can guarantee the quality, but if it happens, please contact us immediately, take some photos, we will check the problem and solve it as soon as possible.
