Depending on the pulley size, they are made to use with P1 taper bushings or Q1 taper bushings, which we also stock. Most of our 4TB pulleys are manufactured from a high-strength grade 35 cast iron, are phosphate-coated, and are painted for anti-corrosion. All of them are balanced at the factory for smooth machinery operation.

Cyclo Drive Reducer BLD Type Gearbox
BLD Vertical Cycloidal Gearbox employs eccentric motion to achieve its speed reduction. It uses noncircular or eccentric motion to convert input rotation into a wobbly cycloidal motion. This motion is then converted back into a circular output rotation. During this process, speed reduction occurs. Unlike Harmonic drives, which employ a flexible cylinder that doesn`t move inits entirety but stretches to mesh with the internal circular spline gear to achieve a type of cycloidal motion, the cycloidal (planetocentric) drive gearbox will actually move the entire internal gear in an eccentric motion. Cycloidal gearbox accessories such as output shaft, cycloidal bearing, end cover and the cycloidal wheel are available too.
