- Precision Alignment: Ensure both drive sprockets are installed in the exact same axial plane. For center distances under 0.5m, the allowable deviation is 1mm; for distances above 0.5m, the maximum deviation is 2mm.
- Proper Chain Tensioning: The scraper chain deflection should be maintained at 2% to 3% of the center-to-center distance to prevent excessive bearing wear or chain derailment.
- Optimized Lubrication: Ensure continuous alignment-friendly lubrication reaches the critical clearance between the rollers and the inner sleeve to minimize frictional heat.
