HRC Flexible Couplings
HRC Couplings are essentially general-purpose couplings with a flexible component that allows for greater misalignment.
The parallel misalignment can be up to 0.5 millimeters
Axial misalignment up to 1.7 millimeters
Due to their unique style, HRC Couplings can accommodate larger shafts. This can make them a more cost-effective option.
HRC Flexible Couplings consist of two high-grade cast-iron flange hubs connected by a resilient elastomeric flexible element (spider). Designed for quick installation, HRC couplings effectively dampen shock loads, absorb transient vibration, and accommodate incidental shaft misalignments (up to 0.5mm parallel and 1.7mm axial displacement). Available in Taper Lock Bushing (Type F/H) and Pilot Bore (Type B) configurations across sizes 70 through 280, operating across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +100°C.

A: it is usually 100 pieces, but a low quantity is acceptable under some special circumstances.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide samples free of charge, but we don't pay the freight.
Q: What is the lead time for mass production?
A: honestly, it depends on the number of orders. Normally, if you don't need the tools, deposit them after 30 days or so.
