Adjustable Pitch V-Belt Pulleys

V-belt pulleys (also called sheaves) are used with V-belts to transfer motion from motors to belts, fans, and pumps. They have V-shaped grooves corresponding to V-shaped belts to prevent slippage and misalignment. V-belt pulleys provide maximum friction and torque in compatible V-belt drive systems. Available in single or double grooves, they offer a pitch range from 1.9 inches to 6.7 inches (A belt) and 2.4 inches to 7.0 inches (B belt). 1VP and 2VP series are finished bore variable speed sheaves made of cast iron and designated for heavier duty service up to 25 HP. Variable pitch pulleys are used with 3L, 4L, 5L, A, B, or 5v belts.

Flexible Jaw Type Couplings

A jaw coupling consists of two metal hubs and an elastomer (spider). The two metal hubs are generally 45-gauge steel, but the aluminum alloy is also used in cases where sensitive loads are required. The elastomeric jaw coupling uses the elastic element placed between the two halves of the coupling hubs to realize the coupling of the two halves of the coupling.

Double Row Ball Slewing Bearings

There are two kinds of double-row ball slewing bearings. One is with different ball diameters used in lightweight applications. The other one is eight-point contact bearings with two same ball raceways. You can think of it as two single-row ball bearings stacked together. Four Point Contact Ball Slewing Bearing

A four-point contact ball slewing bearing is a type of bearing that can support both radial and axial loads. It is made up of two seat rings, a cage, and a set of balls. The balls are held in place by the cage, and they roll between the two seat rings. The seat rings are angled so that the balls make contact with them at four points. This design allows the bearing to support both radial and axial loads. The basic structure of the four point contact ball slewing bearing/slewing ring: with or without gears, external gears, and internal gears, with high static load capacity. Four point contact ball slewing bearings are particularly versatile and are widely used in cranes, lifting equipment, and other engineering machinery.

NM Couplings

NM coupling consists of two hubs and a flexible ring able to compensate for all types of shaft misalignments. The flexible rings are made of Nitrile rubber (NBR) which has a high internal damping characteristic that enables to absorb and resists oil, dirt, grease, moisture, ozone, and many chemical solvents.

Chain couplings are mechanical devices for connecting two shafts. They consist of two rows of roller chains with sprockets that engage them. The shafts are then cranked to move the coupling. Chain couplings are available in a range of sizes and torque capacities.
