Kinney KT single-stage slide valve vacuum pump
KT pump can maintain a large pumping speed and silent operation under high pressure or low pressure. The triple slide valve design ensures the dynamic balance of the pump itself, and the fact also proves that the pump has no vibration during operation. Even under some harsh operating conditions, the KT pump is very durable because there is oil between the slide valve and the pump chamber and there is no metal-to-metal contact.
All KT pumps are equipped with a positive pressure lubrication system to ensure reliable lubrication under any pressure. KT pump has a water cooling system and air cooling system for selection. Standard products are equipped with adjustable gas ballast valves, which can deal with water vapor or other vapor media. KT pump LP series products have all the characteristics of standard KT pumps. In addition, they also have a built-in oil mist separator and adopt a compact and low center of gravity design.
