CK-B Sprag Type Freewheel
The CK-B series as sprag-type freewheel without bearing support, featuring keyways on both end faces of the outer ring. Their radial dimensions match those of standard bearings. Engineers must install additional bearings during use to support axial and radial loads. The factory pre-lubricates the units with grease upon delivery.
The standard installation method places this type coaxially and side-by-side with a bearing, sharing the same housing diameter tolerance. Operators key the inner ring to the shaft. The outer ring, with an h7 tolerance, fits into the machine wall with an H7 tolerance. The keyways on both end faces of the outer ring secure the outer ring to the machine wall and transmit torque.
Various industries widely use this series in mechanical equipment for packaging, printing, food processing, medical, textile, and chemical industries.

A: it is usually 100 pieces, but a low quantity is acceptable under some special circumstances.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide samples free of charge, but we don't pay the freight.
Q: What is the lead time for mass production?
A: honestly, it depends on the number of orders. Normally, if you don't need the tools, deposit them after 30 days or so.
