5TB Series 5-Groove Cast Iron Sheaves with Split Taper Bushings
5TB series pulleys are manufactured for A, AX, AA, 4L, B, BX, BB, and 5L v-belts, ranging from 3.75″ to 38.35″ in diameter. Depending on the pulley size, they are made to use with P1, P2, Q1, or Q2 taper bushings, which we also stock. Most of our 5TB pulleys are manufactured from a high-strength grade 35 cast iron, are phosphate-coated, and are painted for anti-corrosion. All of them are balanced at the factory for smooth machinery operation.
5TB Series 5-Groove Cast Iron Sheaves
Engineered for medium to heavy-duty industrial power transmission, 5TB series 5-groove cast iron sheaves provide reliable torque drive across multi-belt system configurations. These 5-groove pulleys accommodate A, AX, AA, 4L, B, BX, BB, and 5L V-belts. Featuring outside diameters ranging from 3.75″ to 38.35″, 5TB sheaves utilize standard P1, P2, Q1, or Q2 split taper bushings based on pulley size, ensuring precise concentric mounting and quick shaft installation.
Manufactured primarily from high-strength Grade 35 cast iron, our 5TB gripbelt sheaves exceed standard Grade 25 industry baselines to withstand sustained mechanical stress. Each sheave undergoes a protective phosphate conversion coating and specialized industrial paint application for high corrosion resistance. Factory dynamic balancing eliminates operational vibration, extending belt performance and protecting motor bearings.

A: honestly, it depends on the number of orders. Normally, if you don't need the tools, deposit them after 30 days or so.
