6TB Series 6-Groove Cast Iron Sheaves with Split Taper Bushings
6TB series pulleys are manufactured for A, AX, AA, 4L, B, BX, BB, and 5L v-belts, ranging from 3.75″ to 38.35″ in diameter. Depending on the pulley size, they are made to use with P1, P2, Q1, or Q2 taper bushings, which we also stock. Most of our 6TB pulleys are manufactured from a high-strength grade 35 cast iron, are phosphate-coated, and are painted for anti-corrosion. All of them are balanced at the factory for smooth machinery operation.
6TB Series 6-Groove Cast Iron Sheaves
Engineered for high-capacity industrial power transmission, 6TB series 6-groove cast iron sheaves deliver high torque transfer across multi-belt drive configurations. These 6-groove pulleys accommodate A, AX, AA, 4L, B, BX, BB, and 5L V-belts. Featuring outside diameters from 3.75″ to 38.35″, 6TB sheaves utilize standard P1, P2, Q1, or Q2 split taper bushings based on pulley size, providing precise concentric shaft mounting and quick installation.
Manufactured primarily from high-strength Grade 35 cast iron, our 6TB gripbelt sheaves exceed typical Grade 25 industry baselines to withstand prolonged mechanical stress. Each sheave receives a protective phosphate conversion coating and durable industrial paint finish to ensure superior corrosion resistance. Factory dynamic balancing eliminates rotational vibration, protecting motor bearings and extending belt life.

A: honestly, it depends on the number of orders. Normally, if you don't need the tools, deposit them after 30 days or so.
