YZ-S Series | 90° Partial Turn Actuator
Fitted with ISO5211 standard flange, it mounts easily and works with most common valve types. The worm gear structure comes with reliable self-locking function, holding valve position steadily during use. Standard IP65 protection copes with regular indoor and outdoor conditions, while IP68T version is available for damp, submerged or corrosive sites. Diverse torque and gear ratio options cover valves of different sizes and working pressures.
BA Series | Multi-Turn Actuator
Adopting spiral bevel gear design, it runs smoothly with low noise and high transmission efficiency. Fully sealed construction delivers solid dustproof and waterproof capability with IP65 rating. It outputs strong torque and thrust, well suited for large-bore and high-pressure valves. We also offer various customized structures to fit different on-site installation requirements.
BA Bevel Gearbox
This device is a manual device directly installed on valves such as gate valves, butterfly valves, ball valves and stop valves. It adopts spiral bevel gears and planar thrust bearing shafts, featuring smooth operation, high torque, low noise and high efficiency. At all joints, a full-sealed treatment with sealing gaskets is adopted, achieving waterproof and oil-proof leakage prevention effects, with a protection level of IP65. The handwheel and valve stem cover can be customized according to user requirements. According to the usage requirements and environment of various valves, there are single-stage live connection, double-stage live connection, and double-stage handwheel drive products.
YZ-S Worm Gearbox
This series is a 90° part-turn manual actuating device, suitable for valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, and rotary ball valves. The housing adopts precision casting, featuring a novel style and an attractive appearance. The device uses worm gear transmission, and the worm gear pair provides self-locking. It utilizes tapered roller bearings, which make the transmission smoother and more efficient. The flanges fully comply with the ISO 5211 international standard, making it easier to match with valves. The device offers IP65 protection rating, and for special environments, it can also achieve IP68 rating as well as submerged mode.
